I made this image to pay my respects and to remember the two strong Milkwood tress that were destroyed in the wake of the proposed new Charles Darwin University city campus. This is the hole dug in preparation for the construction that followed A metaphor perhaps for mooching around feeling sad for old trees cut down in the past that are being cut down today and will be cut down in the future.
